yup.. your right

thats why its the record companies sueing you...not the bands... not even the metallica against napster thing was metallica's idea.. the record company sued.. and they decided they agreed... so...doesn't that just make this pointles...yes it does...besides... it actually has been causeing the record companies to lose money.... so stop listening to record company music if you have to DL it... solves both problems...doesn't it...

i mean no insult

i don't think anyone has forgotten 9/11... so by that right.. this is a bit moot.. I agree, that while we haven't forgotten, we shouldn't be upset at having to hear about it.. we should be upset that we had to hear about it in the firstplace.. that it had to happen... what we need to remember, and I think many don't get, or forgot, or never knew.. is that the enemy we fight, is not going to talk peace.. The fundementalist muslims that caused this believe that unless all are muslim or dead, they can not go to heaven.. and the only way to go to heaven (since not all are muslim yet) is by killing as many 'infidels' as they can... this sect is illogical... as are all religions.. and no one can reason with them... we have but 3 options... forcivly convert them.. (which can't work) ignore the threat (which can't work) or kill them all..ourselves... its a sad sad truth... and we must never forget..they condemn themselves to death.. we don't condemn them.. It is the sad, demoraled truth.. they die, or we die.. there is no compromise....
